The Food: bread, water

The Downside: the great view east from the 48th floor left me wondering for how much longer the green visage would be there.

The Upside: A chance to converse with some principals such as Edouard Labruyere of Champagne Grand Cru JM Labruyere and Vincent Ravaut of Domaine Gaston & Pierre Ravaut.
