The Venue: Design Exchange
The Target Audience: wine trade and private clients
The Availability/Catalogue: just about all the wines were available in
Ontario's distribution channels. The catalogue had pertinent data but
not always on prices.
The Quote/Background: it was a small show (about 10 agents representing
20 wineries) but with great food.
The Wines: I did not taste all the ports; I tried to taste all the
table wines.
