The Availability/Catalogue: everything is available, although library
wines can be in short supply.
The Quote/Background: Bill Redelmeier of Southbrook Winery has
organized a tasting of Ontario chardonnay wines at Canada House in
London, UK, May 17. He had a tasting panel to choose wines through a
blind process. Once that selection had been made, he offered these
wines to the Ontario Wine Society for a special tasting (not blind).
They were arranged by longitude, from east to west.
The Wines: These rankings reflect my own personal tastes. I did not taste any Musque, sparkling wine, nor Icewine. 34 currently
available wines are going to London, plus some library wines.
